Exchange Only Policy

Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns; our policy exclusively allows for product exchanges. Kindly review the following guidelines.

Exchange Eligibility

We do not accept returns; however, we are happy to assist you with exchanges. The following products are not eligible for exchange:

• Sale or discounted orders
• Custom or personalized products
• Products that have been washed, altered, damaged, or used in any way after purchase
• Products purchased through pop-ups, exhibitions, or in-person trials

If your product does not fall into the above categories, it is eligible for exchange. Please refer to the following guidelines.

Exchange Guidelines

• Exchanges are accepted within 6 days of delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be processed.

We do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide store credit in the form of a coupon code that can be used for future purchases or shared as a gift.

Package Security

Qarsup LLC is not responsible for any package theft that may occur after delivery confirmation. This will not be considered a valid reason for a refund or exchange.

• During festivals, sales, adverse weather conditions, or other exceptional circumstances, shipping may take up to 20 days. We will strive to deliver your product as quickly as possible and greatly appreciate your patience during such times.
