Exchange Only Policy
Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns; our policy exclusively allows for product exchanges. Kindly review the following guidelines.
Exchange Eligibility
We do not accept returns; however, we are happy to assist you with exchanges. The following products are not eligible for exchange:
Sale or discounted orders
Custom or personalized products
Products that have been washed, altered, damaged, or used in any way after purchase
Products purchased through pop-ups, exhibitions, or in-person trials

Exchange Guidelines
Exchanges are accepted within 6 days of delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be processed.
